Communicating sustainability effectively

Which communication strategy works best in encouraging consumers to reduce food packaging?

In this study we looked at a specific consumer behaviour related to food sustainability: reducing food packaging. In a previous study participants indicated that packaging, in particularly plastic, is considered important to the overall sustainability of a product. However, they also found that shopping for food while trying to avoid packaging was quite challenging.
