The platform will serve as a central hub for talent development in the agrifood manufacturing sector, connecting employers, employees, and training providers. This platform launch will be critical for the success of the pilot phase.

This data will be used to accurately identify training needs and tailor training programs to meet the specific requirements of the agrifood manufacturing sector.
- Enroll target users during the pilot phase, with a strong emphasis on achieving high retention rates. Engaged users are essential for successful implementation and validation of the Talent Accelerator Program. Focus will be put on providing personalized support and clear pathways for skill development.

These roadmaps will outline specific steps and resources needed to achieve individual and company skill development goals. Training will focus on the most in-demand skills for the agrifood manufacturing sector.
- Implement and deliver customized training courses that are precisely tailored to the needs of companies and individual users within the agrifood manufacturing industry. These courses will cover a range of topics, from technical skills related to Industry 4.0 and 5.0 technologies to soft skills such as leadership and problem-solving.

Experienced mentors and coaches will work closely with users to provide guidance, support, and accountability throughout the talent development process. This will increase the effectiveness of the program and user satisfaction.
- Collect feedback through satisfaction surveys and establish a robust alumni network to ensure the long-term sustainability of the Talent Accelerator Program. The alumni network will facilitate ongoing collaboration, knowledge sharing, and career advancement opportunities for participants. Feedback will be used to continuously improve the program.
- Involve training centers, career counselors, and public employment services for a holistic and integrated approach to talent development. Collaboration will ensure that the program is aligned with regional and national skills development strategies. It will also facilitate access to a wider range of resources and support services for participants.
