Seedbed TeamUp connects leading technologists with entrepreneurial business professionals to co-create impactful agrifood startups.

Research shows that startups with strong teams are better positioned to commercialise solutions and transform our food system. Seedbed TeamUp is a 6-month programme that matches technology innovators with complementary profiles who can help them build a company. 

Along with matchmaking co-founders Seedbed TeamUp offers support, funding, expert guidance, training, mentorship and networking to help build strong co-founder relationships and successful businesses. The whole programme is online so you can participate from anywhere in Europe.

Who should apply

(Note: This Expression of Interest is for Technology Co-founders. If you have a Business & Commercial profile there is a separate Expression of Interest call that you can find on our website). 

You should apply to this call if you:

  • Have an impactful agrifood technology aligned with EIT Food’s Missions
  • Want to commercialise your solution but face challenges doing so
  • Are passionate about entrepreneurship and building an agrifood startup
  • Seek a co-founder to lead the business side

We seek open-minded, committed problem-solvers and team players. Diversity in gender, age, background, and ethnicity is encouraged to bring fresh perspectives and build better food systems.
