EWA participants had the opportunity to pitch their ideas to an audience of 400 people on the main stage. Additionally, a separate EWA side-event was hosted in parallel at the same venue, with more content and networking elements for a more targeted audience of EWA participants, mentors, lecturers, and interested community attendees.

Baltic Sustainability Awards offered valuable content also on sustainable and innovative business, and the event was held in English. The EWA side event was held in Latvian. And, most important part, the event closed with the announcement of two winners of EWA 2022.

The event had a full day of forum content about sustainability and innovations in the business world. During the forum, EWA participants took the main stage of the event to pitch their business ideas to all 400+ Baltic Sustainability Awards guests. In 3 minutes each, they shared the cause behind their startups, challenges, and their solutions. Some of the participants chose to pitch in English, while others did so in Latvian.

After the pitches, which happened on the main stage in Splendid Palace, Riga, all the mentees, mentors and their guests gathered in another hall to celebrate their success in a closer circle and listen to inspiring keynotes and valuable panel discussion in the local language. The mentees went through an extensive pitching training onsite before the event, which was very valuable and helped them deliver high quality content.
