Otwarte Drzwi Association joins the AMPLE Warsaw Program
We are excited to announce that the Otwarte Drzwi Association, a Warsaw-based NGO with nearly 30 years of experience, is now a partner in the AMPLE Warsaw Program. This collaboration, part of the AMPLE Warsaw Program led by EIT Food with support from the Citi Foundation, aims to support individuals with intellectual disabilities in building skills and accessing opportunities in the agri-food sector.
As part of the program, Otwarte Drzwi will organize vocational and culinary training sessions to help participants gain practical skills. These sessions include hands-on culinary workshops and job trials at "Kuchnia Czerwony Rower," their social enterprise. Participants will be guided by experienced coaches and advisors, enabling them to overcome employment barriers and showcase their potential.
This partnership reflects a shared commitment to promoting social inclusion and creating pathways to sustainable employment. By empowering individuals with disabilities, we aim to demonstrate their valuable contributions to the agri-food industry while creating a more inclusive workforce environment in Warsaw.
Stay tuned for updates on how the AMPLE Warsaw Program and Otwarte Drzwi are making a difference in our community!
