Call for Contributions Now Open – 3rd European Carbon Farming Summit
Padua to host Europe’s leading event on regenerative agriculture and low-carbon farming solutions in March 2026.
The 3rd European Carbon Farming Summit will take place from 17–19 March 2026 at the Padova Congress Centre in Italy.
The summit will be organised by SAE Innova and Climate KIC as part of the Project Credible consortium, co-hosted by us EIT Food (as LILAS4SOILS coordinator), and supported by Confagricoltura Veneto and Veneto Agricoltura.
It will convene Europe’s leading carbon farming stakeholders: farmers, cooperatives, scientists, policymakers, industry, and investors.
Building on the recommendations of the 2025 Dublin Summit, next year’s summit aims to move toward transforming recommendations into concrete proposals, while also wishing to bring in the policy dimensions of carbon farming.
We invite contributions across five thematic areas:
- Finance and investment
- Practical examples and results from projects
- MRV approaches
- Ownership and claims
- Co-benefits beyond carbon
Submissions can be posters, oral presentations, workshops, or full sessions. Selections will be announced in November 2025.
