Boost Vouchers in AMPLE Warsaw: first recipients announced - join them by applying today

We are pleased to announce the first recipients of the Boost Vouchers grant, part of the AMPLE Warsaw program established by EIT Food with support from the Citi Foundation. BioDairy Labs, SweetVegy, and FoodBugs are the first startups to receive funding, helping them advance their work in creating sustainable and innovative food solutions.

The Boost Vouchers offer €2,300 in funding to agrifood startups and SMEs in Warsaw. This funding is intended to help recipients address challenges related to food insecurity, improve production processes, or innovate food products to make them more affordable and healthier. By driving improvements in these areas, the program contributes to creating a more sustainable and equitable food system in Warsaw.

Introducing the first Boost Vouchers recipients

BioDairy Labs

This food-tech startup produces plant-based fats for food manufacturers, helping them create healthier and more sustainable products. Their key offering, Fat-craft, is already being used in the ice cream, chocolate, and confectionery industries.

SweetVegy

SweetVegy creates healthy vegetable-based cookies, offering a nutritious alternative for health-conscious consumers, vegans, and diabetics. The company is based in Warsaw and distributes its products through healthy food shops, diabetic stores, and an online platform.

FoodBugs

FoodBugs is Poland’s first producer of insect-based food products, providing snacks and protein alternatives that are both healthy and environmentally friendly. The company also focuses on raising awareness about the benefits of edible insects as a sustainable food source.
