Join us for the Training School on Analytical Challenges in Ensuring Food Integrity in the Food Chain, taking place from 18–20 June 2025 at Sporthotel Břve in Hostivice, Czech Republic.

This 2.5-day training, supported by EIT Food, is designed to empower early-career researchers with in-depth knowledge on current analytical challenges related to ensuring food integrity throughout the entire food chain. Through a series of expert-led sessions and real-world case studies, participants will explore cutting-edge developments in chemical risk assessment, bioactivity testing, data evaluation, QA/QC, and innovative approaches in food analysis.

In addition to hands-on learning, this event offers a valuable opportunity to connect with leading experts in the field, gain insights from fellow young scientists, and engage in collaborative discussions on current and future research directions. A dedicated networking session will encourage knowledge exchange and the building of new academic and professional partnerships. Participants will also be introduced to various initiatives by EIT Food, which aim to support entrepreneurial talents and the next generation of food system innovators.

Please note: The language of the event is Czech.

This training school is ideal for PhD students and postdoctoral researchers, but is also open to motivated MSc or BSc students who wish to deepen their understanding of analytical methods in food science. Whether you are looking to enhance your technical skills, seek feedback on your research, or expand your professional network in the food sector, this event is tailored for you.
