Training: Protein diversification - Sustainable sourcing and innovation in the Food Industry
Event: Symposium on Sustainable Food and InnovationÂ
On Saturday, April 26, 2025, the Faculty of Food and Biotechnology (Pierottijeva 6, Zagreb) will host the Symposium on Sustainable Food and Innovation, with the theme "From Field to Table". This student project was created with the aim of connecting students of biotechnical and related sciences and presenting innovations in the field of food industry and sustainability.
Workshop: Protein Diversification
This year, special attention is going to the topic of protein diversification through a workshop "Protein diversification: Sustainable sources and innovations in the Food industry", which will be led by assoc. prof. Tomislava Vukušić Pavičić, PhD (EIT Food Hub Croatia). The workshop will be held from 11:00 to 13:00 and will explore new, sustainable sources of protein and their application in the modern food industry. It is ideal for anyone who wants to understand trends in the development of sustainable nutrition.
