Through practical training in business planning, students are encouraged to develop eco-innovative food products that meet sustainability and market demands. This initiative supports the hub's mission to drive green growth and promote competitive, forward-thinking solutions in the food industry.

Innovative students taking part in the national phase of the Ecotrophelia competition will get training in business planning.
