Workshop: Business Planning in Food Product Development (preparation for Ecotrophelia) aligns with Hub 2025's strategic focus by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in sustainable food systems. Through practical training in business planning, students are encouraged to develop eco-innovative food products that meet sustainability and market demands. This initiative supports the hub's mission to drive green growth and promote competitive, forward-thinking solutions in the food industry.

Innovative students taking part in the national phase of the Ecotrophelia competition will get training in business planning.
