Taste Forward: Innovative Food Experience and Tasting took place on November 21, 2024, as part of the Sustainable Food Summit (SGZ) 2024 at Swissotel The Bosphorus in Istanbul. Hosted by Foodback, the Experience Sponsor of SGZ 2024, this vibrant event brought together entrepreneurs, industry professionals, academics, chefs, and media influencers from the food and agriculture ecosystem.
The event featured two main components:

The event highlighted cutting-edge innovations in food production while fostering collaboration, networking, and inspiration among attendees. It served as a unique platform for entrepreneurs to showcase their creative products and sustainable practices, encouraging dialogue and connections across the ecosystem.
