Three prizes await the best works: €2000 for first place, €1500 for second, and €750 for third.
👇📑 Agenda
The ceremony will open with a talk by José Camolas, nutritionist and university professor, who will explain what ultra-processed foods are and their impact on our health.
After this introduction, we’ll host a debate on the role of these foods in today’s diets, current consumption trends, and the innovations emerging in this field — without forgetting the environmental sustainability dimension. The discussion will feature representatives from the industry and retail sector, among others.
Once the winners are announced, we’ll close with a networking cocktail.
The event is free to attend and open to the general public (registration required). It will take place in person and also be available online via livestream.
