Innovative food from the field - an opportunity for the agriculture and food industry

The significant increase in sales of novel and plant-based foods, the search by agricultural businesses for new value creation potential and research into climate-resilient food crops have led us to ask the question: How can the Bavarian agriculture and food industry utilise the opportunities presented by food and consumer trends?

Benefit from new knowledge from current research results, get to know pioneers and newcomers, expand your network and contribute your own experiences, questions and perspectives.

Experience exciting keynote speakers, gain insight into the results of a current market potential analysis and discuss with partners from different areas of the value chain. What insights can we take away from the potential analysis? What opportunities are opening up for cultivation, processing and even in-house processing and direct marketing?

EIT Food Entrepreneurship Facilitator, Friederike Wagner (Region West) will bring 3 Food Startups and moderate a panel session about Startup-Farmer Collaboration regarding future crops and innovative foods.

(This Event is in German and hosted by EIT Food West Partner LfL Bayern)
