2020 has been a year that will go down in history books. Not only did the world as we know it get put on pause during lockdowns worldwide, but our way of living and working was also dramatically reshaped.

I believe we can all agree when I say that we miss little things like having lunch or coffee together, or a stop by a colleague’s desk to discuss an idea. Unfortunately, at this point it is not clear when we will be able to return to those familiarities again.

But at EIT Food we never stand still! We have achieved a great amount this year and continued on our growth trajectory, including welcoming new staff members, and we have a lot to be proud of. That is why we thought about how we can bring everyone who has made this successful year happen together for an interactive and uplifting online employee event.

It is my pleasure to announce that EIT Food will hold its first online employee event in 2021.
