Our company, the Campden BRI Hungary, as the EIT Food HUB in Hungary, will organise this year a thematic event with a roundtable discussion on the Smart Specialisation Strategy for representatives of relevant companies, legislators, regulators and research and innovation organisations. This year's event will be organised around innovative packaging materials, covering regulatory, R&D, food safety and commercial aspects, reflecting the challenges facing the sector. We plan to evaluate the experience gained so far with the speakers and invited guests, with a view to formulating new directions and opportunities for the agri-food sector.
The aim of our event is to identify future development directions for the agri-food industry, with a focus on sustainability and packaging development aspects. We invite representatives of food industry and packaging material developer and producer companies, legislators, regulators, research and innovation organisations.
