This year, for the 28th time, we are organising the Campden BRI Hungary Open Day, which always focuses on a selected topic of interest to food companies. This year, the topic is related to resource challenges and their solutions.
How can we transform the workforce structure in the food industry so that it can adapt to technological advancements, the green transition, and the growing shortage of skilled professionals? What new training and development solutions are available to modernise skills and facilitate intergenerational knowledge transfer?
At Campden BRI Hungary's Open Day, we will explore the answers to these questions through the latest research and practical examples.
The second half of the day, EIT Food programs and funding opportunities, success stories and start-up programs will be presented together with match-making.
This event is in Hungarian.
