until Wed, October 8, 2025
RTU Science and Innovation Centre (Ķīpsalas iela 6A, Kurzemes rajons, Rīga, LV-1048, Latvia)

The FoodTech sector in Latvia is growing, yet startups still face challenges in finding the right support, partnerships and clear development pathways. Taking place as a side event of EIT National Day 2025, this closed roundtable will bring together policymakers, investors, researchers and entrepreneurs to discuss how to align national priorities with European opportunities and ensure a supportive innovation environment.

The discussion will focus on strategic directions, investor expectations and practical support mechanisms needed to turn ideas into impact. The session aims to outline the next steps for strengthening Latvia’s FoodTech ecosystem, positioning it within the wider European context, and making better use of the support and connection opportunities offered by EIT Food.
