This intensive 2-days hackathon contains design thinking and pitching workshop and challenges students, researchers, industry professionals, and all food enthusiasts to create sustainable solutions for pressing issues in the food and agriculture sector. The hackathon aims to address real-world problems linked to the food supply chain, sustainability, and creating solutions that could be implemented in real life.
The initiative is supported by EIT Food, Tartu Biotechnology Park, Centre of Estonian Rural Research and Knowledge (METK), the Food and Fermentation Technology Development Center (TFTAK) and A.Le.Coq.
