EWA Bootcamp is dedicated to female entrepreneurs and the projects they develop in the agri-food sector, designed to support them in accelerating their ideas.
Now in its second edition, this year's event will take place in three cities across the country (Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iași) in a physical format, conducted in Romanian, over two consecutive days (Monday and Tuesday), with 8-hour sessions each day.

The program offers participants who wish to start a business, or those who are in the early stages of an agri-food business, the necessary business knowledge, connections with other female entrepreneurs in the field, and the community support needed to start or grow a sustainable business. EWA Bootcamp is organized in Romania by Impact Hub Bucharest in partnership with Raiffeisen Bank Romania and is supported by EIT Food and EWA – Empowering Women in Agrifood, a program that took place in Romania in 2020, 2021, and 2023. In Iași and Cluj-Napoca, it is supported by the Civica Association and the Education Cluster (C-EDU).
This year, through the "EWA Bootcamp" program, we are preparing the next generation of female entrepreneurs who will be able to participate in the 2025 edition of the EWA program in Romania.
