Research and Innovation Strategies for Smart Specialization (RIS3) is a policy framework developed by the European Union (EU) to enhance the regional innovation and economic growth. It encourages regions and member states to identify their unique strengths, assets, and competitive advantages as well as foster innovation-driven growth.
The event will include a roundtable on how to enhance collaboration among different actors and presentation of best practices in terms of RIS3 implementation.
