EIT Food Challenge Labs 2024 Hungary

Wed, September 25, 2024
until Sat, September 28, 2024
Online and at Impact Hub Budapest (Budapest, Hungary)

The fourth edition of EIT Food Challenge Labs Hungary is coming and a special challenge awaits the participants: rethinking food packaging materials.

Most plastics and paper serve as single-use packaging, and it is predicted that the volume of waste from packaging will increase significantly unless an intervention is made.

Refillable, resealable, mono-material. These are the solutions we are looking for.

EIT Food Challenge Labs 2024 Hungary will provide participants with the opportunity to develop innovative, sustainable solutions, working in teams with the help of design thinking and service design trainers, learning and using the skills of innovation design methodology. Researching, brainstorming and prototyping will be supported by industry experts, so that teams can provide real, marketable solutions to the challenges.
