Deep DICA Talk on the megatrend "Personalized Nutrition" on 18 April 2024 at the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship in Munich.
The event is organized together with the Food Cluster of Zukunft-Fabrik.2050, supported by the alumni of the University of St. Gallen.
It will explore the "Future of Food" force field in the Bavarian capital, network with innovative start-ups and discuss the topic of personalized nutrition in keynotes, pitches and panel discussions. It will also explore how artificial intelligence can drive personalized nutrition forward. And it will discuss the opportunities offered by microbial fermentation technology with regard to personalized nutrition.
