The Impact Workshop

This activity is scheduled as part of the EIT Food Corporate Venturing Community South, and is a good opportunity to keep on learning from each other, build relationships between the members of the Community and to identify touchpoints and collaboration spaces among the members. It is open to CVL members and a limited number of companies by invitation.

This workshop aims to identify and strengthen avenues to deliver impact through corporate venturing. Impact encompasses several aspects of expected outcomes from corporate venturing and open innovation activities. These are how to set and address strategic goals for the companies, demonstrating return on investment from CV activities, and also, demonstrating how CV/OI can be used to deliver wider impact for the society. All through co-creation dynamics, best practice exchange and key testimonials.
