Tackling the Grand Challenge of consumer trust in the food supply chain
Industry consumer trust initiatives undertaken through collaboration with the Grand Challenge project funded by EIT Food.
About this event
Increasing consumer trust in food companies is at the forefront of the food industry’s priorities. Through partnering with food companies, corporations and organisations, and collecting consumer data, the Grand Challenge project has been working on a wide range of trust initiatives that can help to increase consumer trust in the food supply chain. These initiatives cover the themes of Animal welfare, Sustainability, Future foods, Innovative technologies and Healthier diets.
We invite you to join us for this conference to learn more about consumer trust initiatives facilitated by the project team at the University of Reading and consumer insights from the Grand Challenge project, funded by EIT Food co-funded by the EU.
