El programa AMPLE apoyado por Citi Foundation llega a su fin en Madrid y queremos celebrarlo contigo en una jornada inspiradora dedicada a la innovación social, la seguridad alimentaria y el desperdicio cero.
Comenzaremos con una mesa redonda abierta al público en la que conversaremos con organizaciones como Acción Contra el Hambre, el Instituto Universitario CEU Alimentación y Sociedad (IuAyS), y Fundación Daniel y Nina Carasso. Reflexionaremos sobre cómo impulsar la innovación y la acción social para garantizar una alimentación más saludable, justa y sostenible.
A partir de las 11:00h, la jornada adquiere un tono más íntimo y participativo para quienes habéis formado parte del programa AMPLE en sus diferentes ediciones. Esta segunda parte está pensada como un espacio de reencuentro, colaboración y celebración para el exalumnado: comenzará con una charla sobre el futuro sin desperdicio de alimentos, de la mano de María J. Herrero y Silvia Ros, y culminará con el taller colaborativo “Networking: Cook, Relax & Mix”, donde aprenderemos técnicas de conservación de alimentos para evitar el desperdicio mientras compartimos experiencias y conexiones con otros profesionales del sector.

The AMPLE programme, supported by Citi Foundation, comes to an end in Madrid, and we want to celebrate it with you in an inspiring day dedicated to social innovation, food security, and zero food waste.
We will start with a public roundtable discussion featuring organisations such as Acción Contra el Hambre, the CEU Institute of Food and Society (IuAyS), and the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation. Together, we will reflect on how to drive innovation and social action to ensure a healthier, fairer, and more sustainable food system.
From 11:00 onwards, the day will take on a more intimate and participatory tone for those who have taken part in the AMPLE programme in its different editions. This second part is designed as a space for reunion, collaboration, and celebration for alumni: it will begin with a talk on a food-waste-free future, led by María J. Herrero and Silvia Ros, and will conclude with the collaborative workshop “Networking: Cook, Relax & Mix”, where we will learn food preservation techniques to avoid waste while sharing experiences and building connections with other professionals in the sector.
