Applications for EIT Food’s Open Innovation Call 2023 are now open!
EIT Food is working with a consortium of global partners as a co-host of the Food Systems Pavilion at COP27 in Sharm El Sheikh (Egypt) to discuss the opportunities that sustainable food systems provide in the fight against climate change.

Leading international organisations join forces to put food on the table at COP27
PlayWel
PlayWel is a company rooted in animal welfare and environmental science. The team is developing biodegradable toys and environmental enrichments that encourage play, satisfy behavioural motivations and meet the nutritional
needs of farm animals and pets. The mix of product materials are biodegradable, edible, and bespoke for each animal and habitat. This means the toys are chew and bury-safe, and compatible with all farm environments.
