Seedbed Cohort 2024
FoodScales aims to establish pilot-scale production of fish collagen from industrial waste fish scales and assess the suitability of the extracted collagen for food packaging applications. In addition to collagen, the minerals from fish scales can be extracted as valuable components for food and cosmetic industry.
