AltPro Bio is a precision fermentation based biotech platform, using engineered fungus, ​to produce non-animal, pure, measurable and scalable Collagen Peptides - for clean label Food and Nutraceutical applications.
What motivated you to build a startup in this sector?
Experience and expertise in alternative proteins and the food industry, which led to identifying a gap in the value chain we are confident and eager to bridge and solve.
