We produce plant-based egg alternatives and a variety of plant-based protein products (such as healthy hummus snack boxes, gluten free hummus flour) from waste chickpeas, offering sustainable solutions for global climate challenges.

What motivated you to build a startup in this sector?

I am passionate about creating sustainable, plant-based food alternatives that address global climate change, reduce food waste, and promote healthier lifestyles. Our key motivation is to develop affordable, high-protein products with low carbon and water footprints, aligned with the circular economy model, to help address future global food crises. I believe in the power of innovation to make plant-based nutrition accessible and impactful for both people and the planet.
