2025 Teams

Discover the 15 innovative startups driving change and sustainability in the agricultural and food industries.

2025

In the 2025 edition of TeamUp, more than 100 innovators from over 20 countries across Southern and Eastern Europe took part in the Matchmaking phase. Over the course of a month, participants identified their values and motivations, connected with one another, networked, and tested potential partnerships in various business scenarios.

Following this intensive phase, 26 matches were formed between tech and business profiles. Of these, 15 were selected to advance to the next stage of the programme. These newly formed teams are now in the Exploration phase, where they will continue testing their partnership while receiving tailored support. This includes business-building and team-formation training, a stipend, and expert coaching from world-class mentors.
