🔑 The General Assembly on Alternative Proteins (SGPA), scheduled in Milan on 21 October 2025 at Fondazione Feltrinelli, is the leading Italian event dedicated to the central role of Alternative Proteins as a potential key to a more sustainable, innovative, and resilient food system. This event aims to travel every year across Italy — a country with undeniable potential. 

🥝 Strongly supported by the organizers and of great public interest, it offers a platform for dialogue and knowledge sharing on Alternative Proteins — a starting point for raising awareness and encouraging a sense of responsibility among key stakeholders in the sector. 

The day is organized in three main sessions:

• The first focused on the relationship between research and the market, the second on innovation and industry, and the third on communication and ethics. 
• Speakers will include representatives from leading food companies, industry associations, and internationally renowned researchers. The audience will feature businesses across the entire value chain, interested not only in discovering the latest trends but also in exploring new opportunities for collaboration.
