About your innovation

F.O.R.S.E.T.I.X. digitises fermentation processes by giving producers AI/ML capabilities, enabling them to reduce failures, improve consistency, cut costs, and scale sustainably without needing specialised expertise in data or AI.

What motivated you to build a startup in this sector?

We started as hands-on producers of fermented foods and drinks. We knew the craft intimately, but we also knew the frustration. Batch failures, inconsistency, and the constant struggle to scale without compromising quality were daily realities. The tools available were built for industrial systems, not for small producers who care deeply about their process and product. We built F.O.R.S.E.T.I.X. because we needed it ourselves. We wanted to keep the art of fermentation, but gain more control, more consistency, and a path to growth. Our goal was clear: bring the power of AI to producers like us, without requiring them to become data experts. Our passion is making smarter tools that serve real producers. We are not here to replace the craft. We are here to strengthen it.
