TransFoodMission
TFM is building a circular economy system in the Hungarian and CEE food system by identifying industry surplus and byproducts and turning them into nutritious consumer foods serving the evolving consumer demand.
TFM's upcycled food brand Secontaste (fka. Ételmentő) was launched in 2021 as a category creator. Currently, the portfolio includes products made from the by-products of beer and coffee production. In 2024 TFM started to work in other markets of the region (Czech Republic) and build strong collaborations between supply chain actors turning their waste into value.
