Quality Assurance Services for EIT Community Education (2026–2028)

EIT Food is seeking expert providers to design and implement quality standards, accreditation frameworks, and quality assurance services for EIT Community Education programmes from 2026 to 2028.

EIT Food invites proposals for the provision of Quality Standards and Accreditation Frameworks and Quality Assurance Services for EIT Community Education (2026–2028).

The purpose of this procurement is to establish and implement a coherent quality and accreditation approach across EIT Community Education activities, supporting the development, delivery, monitoring and continuous improvement of educational programmes and learning experiences. The successful supplier(s) will contribute to the design of quality standards and accreditation frameworks, as well as the practical implementation of quality assurance processes across multiple education work packages.

The procurement is divided into two service areas:

Service 1 – Quality Standards and Accreditation Framework Design Development and refinement of quality standards, accreditation frameworks, learning outcomes approaches and associated guidance materials for EIT Community Education.

Service 2 – Quality Assurance Implementation and Work Package Application Application of quality assurance processes, monitoring, review and continuous improvement activities across relevant EIT Community Education programmes and initiatives.

Tenderers may submit proposals for one or both service areas. Full details regarding the scope of work, deliverables, evaluation criteria, budget and submission requirements are provided in the Request for Proposals documentation.
