Welcome to Straight to Market (S2M)

S2M is a unique opportunity for startups, entrepreneurs, retailers, and students to collaborate and drive innovation in the food sector.

Designed to accelerate the development, validation, and commercialization of cutting-edge food technologies and products, S2M bridges the gap between emerging innovators and established retailers, ensuring that groundbreaking solutions reach consumers faster.

Whether you’re a startup refining your product, an entrepreneur validating an MVP, a retailer seeking innovative solutions, or a student looking to gain retail industry knowledge, S2M provides the tools, resources, and network to drive meaningful impact in the food ecosystem.

Through Proof of Concept (PoC) projects, consumer product testing, and targeted training, S2M empowers participants to refine their offerings with real-world feedback.

  • Startups and entrepreneurs gain financial support—up to €30,000—to enhance their products.
  • Retailers benefit from cost-effective access to pioneering food innovations and €15,000 per collaboration with startup.
  • Students also receive hands-on training and networking opportunities to develop key skills for the retail industry.
