Genna Tesdall (she/her) is the Director of the network Young Professionals for Agricultural Development (YPARD). She is an agriculture systems thinker taking on projects to sustain the environment and people, striving to be a servant-leader in order to foster equality between generations (and all delimiters of privilege). Before joining YPARD, she was a Fulbright Researcher at the Humboldt University of Berlin (2018-19), and was the former president (2013-14) of the International Association of Agriculture and Related Sciences Students (IAAS). She has also interned and worked as a consultant at the CGIAR International Potato Center (CIP) in Lima, Peru. She is a graduate of Iowa State (2015) and Penn State Universities (2018) with a M.Sc. in Plant Pathology and International Agriculture and Development. In her personal life, she is active in the community cooperative supermarket Super Coop Berlin e.G. and enjoys caring for her small family apple orchard.

He is the External Relations Lead at NutriFoods, a Kenyan-based agribusiness venture creating sustainable, nutritious, and convenient pre-cooked dehydrated beans for global markets. He is also co-founder of Youths for Green Action Kenya, and his work has earned him recognition for driving innovation, empowering farmers, and inspiring youth leadership in the sector.

Ewoud Dutellie is the coordinator of Antenne and Foodsavers Middenkust for the City of Ostend (Belgium). With a diverse background as a stage technician, project leader, process facilitator, community worker, coordinator, and social entrepreneur, he brings a rich mix of experience to his current roles. Over the past years, he has developed strong expertise in participatory social-artistic initiatives and urban projects focused on food and solidarity. His previous experience includes 10 years as a project worker at a social-artistic organization, and 8 years as coordinator of Antenne and 4 years of Foodsavers Middenkust. He’s been coordinating the POT Up project since the very start of it.

For the past three years, he has been leading projects at Antenne, focusing on inclusive access to food and social support.
