Juan has led major European projects focused on climate change mitigation, renewable energy, sustainable mobility, urban regeneration, and affordable housing. He is also Academic Director of the Sustainability Bootcamp, training future leaders to apply data science to sustainability challenges. She is a founding member of Greenovators, which aims to transform university dining halls into eco-friendly food hubs, reducing their environmental footprint while equipping students and staff with practical sustainability knowledge.

Evance Ochola is an agribusiness and sustainable agriculture professional, passionate about advancing climate-smart food systems and inclusive community development. He is currently pursuing an MSc in International Farm Management in Germany, complemented by hands-on farm experience in several countries. He is the External Relations Lead at NutriFoods, a Kenyan-based agribusiness venture creating sustainable, nutritious, and convenient pre-cooked dehydrated beans for global markets. He is also co-founder of Youths for Green Action Kenya, and his work has earned him recognition for driving innovation, empowering farmers, and inspiring youth leadership in the sector.

Ewoud Dutellie is the coordinator of Antenne and Foodsavers Middenkust for the City of Ostend (Belgium). With a diverse background as a stage technician, project leader, process facilitator, community worker, coordinator, and social entrepreneur, he brings a rich mix of experience to his current roles. Over the past years, he has developed strong expertise in participatory social-artistic initiatives and urban projects focused on food and solidarity. His previous experience includes 10 years as a project worker at a social-artistic organization, and 8 years as coordinator of Antenne and 4 years of Foodsavers Middenkust. He’s been coordinating the POT Up project since the very start of it.

He has over a decade of experience in debt counselling at the Ostend Public Social Welfare Center (OCMW), followed by five years as a trainer in financial education for secondary schools and as an advisor at the city’s Energy Desk. For the past three years, he has been leading projects at Antenne, focusing on inclusive access to food and social support.
