Ryan leads a bold mission to redesign agrifood innovation by aligning the needs of the planet, business, and people. Naked Innovations co-create ecosystems, ventures, and transformation programs that challenge industry norms and accelerate regenerative impact. With over 20 years of international leadership experience across Europe and Asia including as European Marketing & Innovation Leader at Cargill. Then he began his entrepreneurial journey, co-founding and running 3 agrifood impact startups in the last 10 years, and is currently CEO of Naked Innovations. He is a board advisor to FATE, FoodTech Congress, and BE-AI Foundation and a venture advisor to both Norrsken Regenerative and First Frontier Ventures.

Ryan develops entrepreneurial talent focused on social and environmental impact to drive research to market scale. He has created 4 startup accelerators, 3 incubators and 2 venture studios in the agrifood industry, with over 500 impact startups graduating through them. Ryan is also a strategic adviser, keynote speaker, coach and innovation designer for entrepreneurs and leaders partnering with senior executives and high-potential leaders in organisations such as UNICEF, Cargill, Unilever, Bayer, Bimbo, EIT Food, Tetra Pak, McCain, PepsiCo, and Danone.

A seasoned growth expert, she collaborates with globally recognised think tanks to shape the agenda for sustainable food systems, systemic thinking, and integral ecological development.For over 15 years, she has been dedicated to inspiring and empowering food entrepreneurs and policymakers through educational programs and disruptive innovation experiences.

She is the Founder and President of the Future Food Institute, a purpose-driven organisation fostering systemic change in food systems for sustainable and impactful growth, and of the Paideia Campus in Pollica, a Mediterranean Living Lab for regenerative territorial development, where the nexus of ecology, health, and heritage drives innovation. Sara also serves as Commissioner for Global Food Security with the Kofi Annan Foundation and is Director of the new Master’s in Food Innovation and Regeneration at the Bologna Business School, bridging tradition, innovation, and climate action through education and research

Paula’s expertise lies in translating consumer needs and scientific insights into actionable innovation roadmaps. She has led multidisciplinary teams, built global capabilities, and fostered strategic partnerships to accelerate commercialisation and category growth. Her leadership has been instrumental in bridging science, business, and sustainability—making her a key voice in shaping transatlantic co-innovation.
