From Ukraine to Europe: Applications for EIT Food Challenge Labs 2025 are now open!

It is an initiative designed to support Ukrainian agri-food companies that are actively growing in the domestic market and are preparing to scale further within the country or expand internationally.

This edition is tailored specifically for mature Ukrainian scale-ups. The programme combines online learning and in-person mentoring to help you refine your business strategy, boost innovation capacity, and unlock new market opportunities across Europe.

The call is open to Ukrainian agri-food companies that:

• Have a proven product or solution and are experiencing stable growth
• Apply cutting-edge technologies such as AI, IoT, biotechnology, or digital platforms
• Operate smart farms or food businesses with ambitions for digital transformation
• Produce innovative food products (e.g., functional nutrition, eco-packaging)
• Are ready for internationalisation and looking for strategic scale-up support

• Individual mentoring with experts in internationalisation, agritech, and scaling
• Practical workshops based on real-world case studies
• Networking opportunities with Ukrainian and European stakeholders
• Guided strategy development to prepare for EU market entry
• Participation is 100% free of charge.

EIT Food Challenge Labs 2025 is an initiative of EIT Food CLC North-East, implemented by the Amplifiers Programme in partnership with IT Ukraine Association.

The programme is supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Diia.City, Diia.Business, the Ukrainian Agrarian Export Association, and the Youth Council at the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
