The program will introduce regenerative agriculture practices, including nature-based methods applicable to sunflower production such as crop rotation, cover cropping, minimum tillage, organic matter enhancement, 
and water management solutions. These practices aim to improve soil water retention capacity, reduce erosion, and support sustainable sunflower cultivation.

Nihat Mıdıkoğlu
Dr. Nihat Mıdıkoğlu is an agricultural engineer who completed his master's and Ph.D. degrees at Ege University. 
Following many years of hands-on experience and consultancy in the agricultural sector, he now works at 
Doktar as an agricultural consultant and trainer. He specializes in sustainable farming practices and approaches 
that enhance productivity.

Hafize Ayaz – Doktar Technologies
Hafize started her career at Doktar in 2018 as an Agronomist, collecting and analyzing field data to support
AI model development and technical projects. From 2018 to 2021, she managed social media and customer relations, creating agricultural content and strengthening farmer communication for brands like Toros Tarım and Adama. As Project Manager (2021–2023), she led the operations of Cargill’s “1000 Farmers Endless Prosperity”program, including farmer onboarding, digital tool integration, and training delivery. From 2021 to 2024, she served as Technical & Operational Program Manager, managing sustainability programs for Cargill, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, and Tat Gıda, with a focus on digitalization and regenerative practices. She has extensive experience in farmer engagement, climate-aligned reporting, and implementing carbonand water management at the farm level.
