Venue and Location

Next Bite 2024 will take place at ‘La Nuvola’, one of the most iconic buildings in the entire City of Rome. A stunning and innovative backdrop for Next Bite 2024.

La Nuvola

An iconic building of seeming weightlessness and simplicity, yet with an extremely complex structural interior that pushes the limits of design.

The Cloud

The central showpiece of La Nuvola is a bold cloud-shaped structure that ‘floats’ within the main building supported by steal beams.

Eco-friendly design

Containing an auditorium and accessed via a series of walkways, the structure is geometrically complex and visually stunning.

Next Bite is a bold new format, bringing together the world’s largest food innovation community in a fresh distinctive event that is unmatched by any other organisation.

Each aspect is curated as a dynamic experience, enabling room for creativity and unique expression.
