Action on Food Hub

COP 30- Belém, Brazil

10th-21st November 2025

One Pavilion. One Community

The Action on Food Hub is a collaboration between two food pavilions: Food Systems Partnership (convened by EIT Food) and Food4Climate Pavilion (convened by ProVeg International)

The pavilions are coming together at COP30 and beyond to create #ActionOnFood. This one pavilion will be a space for the entire food and agriculture community to come together to engage with the international climate negotiations.

Reflecting on COP29

At COP29, the Action on Food Hub worked with the food systems community to ensure a coordinated effort on non-negotiated outcomes at COP29 and across the Rio Conventions. This was achieved by building upon the work undertaken by the Food Systems Partnership at COP27 and COP28, and by partnering with the UN Climate Change Champions to align on the non-state actors' Food Systems Call to Action.

What is our call to action?

We are calling on all governments and civil society to take urgent, inclusive and collaborative #Action on Food. We must scale finance, strengthen global targets and action plans, and support smallholder farmers and Indigenous Peoples, to deliver better outcomes for people, nature and climate.

  • "There were opportunities for us as farmers, thank you."

  • "Collaboration and inclusion was on another level!"

  • "Rather than being a space where you were talked at, this is a space where you exchange between multiple aspects of society"

  • "The Action on Food Hub was like home. My people were here."

  • "I appreciate the AOFH, I hope it will be there bigger and better at COP30."
