In 2018, EIT Food will begin the initial phase of the development of EIT Food's flagship Food System Master Program, an integrated graduate degree program organized by 10 academic institutions and industrial partners from across EIT Foods pan-European partner network to prepare students to drive a future transformation of the food system and increase the competitiveness of their future employing companies

The Global Food Venture Programme enables highly qualified PhD students from across Europe to turn their innovative research into successful business propositions
The objective of FOODMIO is to generate a multidisciplinary, challenge-based learning program for bachelor, master and doctoral students, young researchers, and professionals
The #AnnualFoodAgenda encourages consumers to think about the food they eat, increasing their knowledge of the entire value chain, and linking healthy diets to an active and healthy lifestyle, as well as to a healthier planet
In 2019, EIT Food Partners are debuting ‘Future Kitchen’, an exciting new virtual reality, video and animation series on FoodUnfolded
Creating a smarter and simpler food value chain across Europe requires an infrastructure and capacity to stimulate and support innovation and entrepreneurship that needs to be developed
We will achieve this by: Convening a network of ‘maker spaces’, providing collaborative spaces to make, learn, explore and share, for hackathons and further prototyping resources; Designing and delivering a series of hackathons across Europe where different stakeholders come together to find solutions to identified industry challenges in specific value chains; Training professionals to be able to develop entrepreneurial capabilities across the food value chain in Europe
