Candidates are selected using transparent criteria and will participate in 3-6 months internships. The Fellowships beneficiaries will have the opportunity to apply academic knowledge in practical contexts of work at KIC partners to encourage entrepreneurial innovations in their home countries, and Talents participants will benefit from lessons learned in their own academic research, and also will be encouraged to engage in industrial collaboration or entrepreneurship.
