In addition, people are more willing to trust when transparency and social responsibility are demonstrated. With FoodUnfolded(r) we're creating an EIT Food community (branded FoodUnfolded) which answers the needs of the audience.
FoodUnfolded aims to:
- Create a well-recognised public facing brand for EIT Food
- Reconnect people with how food is made to increase the value of food through informative and science based information
- Create a dialogue and spur interest in the future of food (creating the future of food together)
- Create a movement around the future of food
