The EIT Food TrustTracker® is a scientifically-grounded large-scale questionnaire designed and developed to measure consumer trust in the food industry. Low levels of consumer trust in the food value chain are thought to be driven by the gap between what consumers want and what the food industry provides. The TrustTracker® is an important first step in understanding and measuring this gap. Insights can be used to enhance consumer trust in the food value chain.
