EIT Food Education Framework Agreement Marketing

Introduction

EIT Food has a communication team mainly focusing on general communication and consumer outreach. We have a broad reach through our communication channels. However, within the strategic area Education, we are focusing and developing programs for attracting, developing and empowering talent to lead the transformation of the food system into an innovative sector that produces healthy and sustainable food, and is trusted by society. From summer schools and online courses to dedicated Master and PhD programmes, we have developed a range of activities for anyone who wants to learn about food. An overview of what we do for which target group can be found here.  EIT Food seeks to enter into a 3 year framework agreement, where we are looking for an experienced agency to help us implement and execute specific education marketing campaigns for some of our programmes on a per call basis.  Services provided & pricing structure will need to be aligned with the offering. The following document details the services we are looking for the agency to provide. It also provides details on how interested contractors can submit a proposal.

Scope of work

The scope of work will include but not limited to the following: • Marketing communication through appropriate communication channels to support recruiting participants for our education programmes o Accredited and degree programmes for professionals wanting to work in the food sector  o Our co-creation programmes are for students who want to help tackle big societal challenges o Summer Schools o A special range of courses and workshops designed to help you grow your venture or SME • Communicating education outputs and success stories to the right audience • Concent creation to support the marketing communcation The scope of work will need to be consistent with the existing branding and messaging for EIT Food education.
