EIT Food is actively seeking one or various communication agencies per work package (outlined below) who can provide valuable support for brand, digital communications, media management and contractors for event management starting in August 2024 and continuing thereafter. Our primary goal is to significantly enhance EIT Food's portfolio visibility. We are looking for agencies who can contribute to our mission of promoting sustainable and innovative food systems throughout Europe.

We are looking for support in 15 different work packages, covering:

  1. 1. Media Management, including:
    1. Acting as press office, relations with journalists, media buying, public relations, press releases, crisis and reputation management
  2. 2. Branding Services, including:
    1. Brand architecture, narrative, launch, rebranding, visual identity, toolkits, sentiment tracking
  3. 3. Internal Communications, including:
    1. Work culture, strategic advice, intranet, knowledge-sharing, training and development
  4. 4. Communication Policies & SOPs, including:
    1. Canned responses, FAQs, procedures, onboardings
  5. 5. Data & Reporting, including:
    1. Data collection and visualisation, user journey tracking, measurement strategy, KPI development, custom reports
  6. 6. Campaigns, including:
    1. Cross-channel brand campaigns, audience mapping and research
  7. 7. Content Marketing Management, including:
    1. Copywriting, blogs, stories, email marketing, newsletters, assets, corporate communication, analysis
  8. 8. Audiovisual Production and Editing, including:
    1. Video development and editing, storyboarding, interviews
  9. 9. Graphic Design, including:
    1. Batch creation of templates, infographics, banners, design styles, merchandising
  10. 10. Digital Advertising, including:
    1. Running ads, Google ads and grant, paid social, reporting, consultancy
  11. 11. Web Optimisation & Data, including:
    1. SEO, Digital channel strategy, dashboard management, customer journeys, page efficiency monitoring, conversion rate optimisation, A/B testing
  12. 12. Social Media, including:
    1. Social listening, content scheduling, influencer research, community management, post writing
  13. 13. Community Growth & Commercialisation, including:
    1. Platform management, engagement strategy, insights hub, content packages, piloting
  14. 14. Consumer Observatory Communication & Media Lead, including:
    1. Design, copy-editing, strategic comms, stakeholder management
  15. 15. Event Management, including:
    1. Planning, coordination, logistics, on-site support, project management

Geographic scope: To ensure an effective client-agency relationship, and because our teams and activities are based across Europe and the UK, we are looking for agencies based in these locations.

EIT Food is looking to sign a Framework Agreement with one or various communication agencies per work package, as described above, that will be capable of providing some or all of these services to EIT Food. EIT Food expects the selected agency/ies to become long-term partner/s, supporting us with all our brand and communication needs.
