Invitation to tender for a framework contract for tax services

The objective of this Framework Services Contract (FSC) is to provide, through services contracted on the basis of specific requests for services, tax expertise which can be mobilised at short notice in order to assist EIT Food IVZW to comply with applicable laws and regulations and to act as efficiently and effectively as possible.

EIT Food IVZW is seeking to contract multiple tax consultancy firms to assist amongst other in the preparation of tax declarations, evaluate tax opportunities, advice in the management of income, VAT or other tax risks (especially with a view of current and future activities, assist in obtaining rulings (or amendments to the current rulings) and propose and assess restructuring options.

This request for tax services has been divided in 4 lots (tax areas) :
• Lot 1: Company income tax / legal persons tax
• Lot 2: Value Added Tax
• Lot 3: Personal income tax (which can relate to both tax and social benefit related matters in a broad sense)
• Lot 4: Ad hoc requests related to taxes (examples: transfer pricing, (re-)structuring on an EU-level of EU funded activities and self-developed activities with a view of future financial independence/sustainability).
