Call for communication agencies: Event planning, coordination and facilitation of the “hei initiative: innovation capacity building for higher education” co-creation workshops

EIT Food is looking for a communication agency that would support HEI Initiative workshops during the Pilot Phase, covering the years 2022-2023.

The HEI Initiative: Innovation Capacity Building for Higher Education is a Cross KIC iniciative, designed with the aim of increasing the innovation and entrepreneurial capacity in higher education, bringing together HEIs in innovation value chains and ecosystems across Europe.

This Request For Proposal is foreseen to cover possible and future HEI Initiative workshops during the Pilot Phase, covering the years 2022-2023.

The Co-Creation Workshop will focus on selected topics drawn from IVAP Domains and Actions, and will have a blended approach to knowledge transfer, consisting of:

Expert roundtables

Peer-to-peer experience sharing breakout rooms

Plenary discussions

The contractor shall be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, technical implementation, and qualitative facilitation of the online Co-Creation Workshops.

In particular, the contractor shall carry out the following activities:

Technical organisation and management of the Co-Creation Workshop online platform

Coordination of the Co-Creation Workshop sessions and activities

Facilitation of Co-Creation Workshop
