These two programmes aim at enhancing the innovativeness of personnel in the agri-food industry. Furthermore, the internships offered are based on the candidate’s profile and the ongoing activities of the hosting company.

During this experience, the 35 selected candidates from the RIS Fellowship programme will reveal their talents in the agri-food sector through gaining hands-on experiences and strengthening their job-related skills, including analytical thinking and creative problem solving; while 15 PhD students and post-docs participating under the RIS Talents programme will be involved in innovation and R&D projects of EIT Food within EIT Food partner organizations.
